Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of rolling papers and related smoking accessories are final. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns under normal circumstances, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at morning.paperuconn@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective items
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at morning.paperuconn@gmail.com so we can investigate. We may require you to wait until the carrier's estimated delivery window has passed before we can process a claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our no-return policy applies.
